      This year, the 2014 Digital Learning Report Card features individual State Policy Profiles, examining some of the 422 pieces of digital learning legislation enacted over the past four years.       • The Statewide Online Education Program saw enrollment increases of more than 300% last year, based on number of course requests of any credit value.
      • In part this was due to extension of eligibility to home and private school students.
      • Most students choose to enroll in maximum allowable number of credits.
