- While Kansas does not have a statewide virtual school, it has a diverse set of district-level online activities.
Current Strengths and Reform Opportunities
- With the addition of a policy that funds providers based on performance, Kansas would become a national leader in state policies that support innovation and options.
- While Kansas provides access to multiple providers, overall options would improve by updating the approval process.
