What Does the Next Generation of Education Reform Look Like?

From Digital Learning to Lessons from Healthcare, Experts to Strategize on the Next Generation of Education Reform

Tallahassee, FL – The Foundation for Excellence in Education today announced the 2013 National Summit on Education Reform will feature conversations about the most cutting-edge opportunities in education today. Four separate strategy sessions, comprised of some of the world’s leading experts, will take on issues relating to: customizing education through digital learning; mass access to exceptional educational content; the next generation of accountability systems; and innovative lessons learned from the healthcare sector. On October 17-18, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, chairman of the Foundation for Excellence in Education, will host the organization’s sixth annual marquee education event.

These special strategy sessions will feature panelists covering some of the hottest topics and latest innovations in education:

  • During the strategy session A Customized Education: Extreme Choice through Digital Learning on October 17, hear how digital learning technologies are being used to create options and provide families with an education that meets the unique needs and interests of their child.

The rest of the two-day event will include keynote and general sessions with national and international leaders and more strategy sessions. Each year, this event provides lawmakers, policymakers and advocates the opportunity to learn about successful education reforms happening throughout world and together build consensus and form solutions to shared challenges.
