Sponsored by the Senate Education and Workforce Development Committee was introduced on February 26. It would establish a Task Force on Virtual School Governance to recommend a governance structure for statewide virtual education that is based on findings made by the Board of Education. The task force would address a variety of methods and sources by which virtual education is provided. The task force would have to submit a report to the legislature by October 1, 2014.
