Sponsored by Sen. Richard Devlin, D-Tualatin, was introduced in the Senate on February 21 and would allow virtual public charter schools to receive funding for providing supplemental online courses. “Supplemental online courses,” would be defined to mean courses provided by a virtual charter school to a student who is enrolled in a public school and provided as less than half of a student’s average course load.
