2013 Oregon Highlights
Three new virtual schools were approved to open. Ohio purchased a state license and subscription to Quality Matters, enabling 32 affiliates across the state to provide training opportunities to educators on quality standards of course design for online and blended learning courses. Forty-four Ohio educators have become Quality Matters trainers on how to apply the Quality Matters Grade 6 -12 rubric for online courses.Current Strengths and Reform Opportunities
